• 1 brand or service video (60 to 90 seconds)

• Drone footage (where relevant and permitted; see terms)

• Pre-shoot planning call and shot list

• Delivery within 5 to 7 days

• Licensed or royalty-free music on all videos

• One round of minor revisions

Gold $1795 + gst

Best for: Businesses that want a strong content library to use across their website, social channels and

paid ads for 3 to 6 months.

Includes:

• Half-day shoot (up to 4 hours)

• 50 professionally edited photos

• 8 short vertical videos, formatted for Reels, Stories and ads

• 1 longer brand or service video (up to 2 minutes)

• Drone footage (where relevant and permitted; see terms)

• Pre-shoot planning session with a written content plan and shot list

• Delivery within 7 to 10 days

• Licensed or royalty-free music on all videos

• One round of minor revisions

Terms

Usage rights. You receive a perpetual licence to use the final edited content for your own business on your website, social media, Google Business Profile, and Meta and Google ads. Copyright remains with Deft Photography Ltd.
Revisions. One round covers minor changes such as colour, crop, trim and music swaps. Reshoots and restructuring of videos are quoted separately. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Deliverables. You receive the final edited files only. Raw footage and unedited photos are not included. We deliver files and do not write captions or post to your accounts.
People and releases. You're responsible for ensuring your staﬀ and any customers featured have agreed to appear in the content.
Drone. Flights are subject to NZ Civil Aviation Authority rules, airspace restrictions, site permission and weather. If we can't fly, we'll substitute ground-based footage or agree a partial refund for the drone portIon of your package.
Travel. Travel within 40 km of Mangawhai is included. $25 + gst travel fee applies to jobs 40-80 kms away. $45 + gst travel fee applies to jobs 80-120 kms away.
Ferries, flights, accommodation and paid parking are charged at cost. All travel costs are quoted in writing before your deposit is paid.
Booking and payment. A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due when your content is ready, and final files are released once it is paid. Reschedules with 48 hours' noIce are free, and weather-aﬀected shoots will be rebooked at no charge. Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 7 days before the shoot, and non-refundable within 7 days of it.
